Shipping & Delivery 

Due to Covid-19 we currently have a delay on order dispatch times for some items, we apologise for this delay and are doing everything possible to get orders to our customers as fast as we can.

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or DPD and for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom we use DHL. It is our aim to ensure that all orders for stocked items will normally be shipped within 7 working days of receipt under normal circumstances, however we are currently experiencing delays for some items from our suppliers and therefore there are considerable delays.

Where this is not possible to deliver in 7 days, we don’t have all of your items in stock, we will hold your order until it is complete. If you find this unacceptable you may change or cancel your order by emailing us. 

For international deliveries it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes and to ensure that the products being delivered adhere to your country’s import laws. 

The courier’s proof of delivery and a delivery note where the goods have been signed as unchecked, incomplete or damaged must be shown to support claims for incomplete deliveries or non-delivery.  

All deliveries should be carefully checked to ensure correct items are delivered as no responsibility can be accepted thereafter for none or incomplete deliveries. We recommend that damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly. 

 

Returns

All stock is on sale due to the closure of the shop.

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted from Monday 3th of July 2023. The shop will no longer be open once stock is gone.

Thank you for your loyalty over the years. We are proud to have been one of the cornerstones of the community over the years.

All sales are final. The Class Collections does not trade on a ‘sale or return basis’. If the reason for you returning any item is that you are unhappy or no longer require them, they must be returned in their original packaging, with original tags attached, unused and suitable for resale. 

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of anything that is made to order, bespoke or cut to length, they are therefore excluded from the Returns Policy. If you are unhappy with a bespoke item please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving them so that we can try to resolve the problem.
