Shipping & Delivery
Due to Covid-19 we currently have a delay on order dispatch times. Please be advised that our website is now taking pre-orders. Please check your order confirmation for your allocated collection and delivery dates.

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or DPD and for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom we use DHL. It is our aim to ensure that all orders for stocked items will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receipt.
Where this is not possible, we will contact you either by phone or email to discuss alternative options. If we don’t have all of your items in stock, we will hold your order until it is complete. We will inform you of this and also our estimated date of receipt of stock. If you find this unacceptable you may change or cancel your order.
For international deliveries it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes and to ensure that the products being delivered adhere to your country’s import laws.
The courier’s proof of delivery and a delivery note where the goods have been signed as unchecked, incomplete or damaged must be shown to support claims for incomplete deliveries or non-delivery.
All deliveries should be carefully checked to ensure correct items are delivered as no responsibility can be accepted thereafter for none or incomplete deliveries. We recommend that damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly.
Click & Collect
Collections can be made from our premises in Bedworth between 9.00am and 3pm Monday-Thursday (this excludes public holidays). Please check your order confirmation for your allocated collection and delivery dates.
Please be aware that due to Covid -19 we are observing strict social distancing rules and collections will be made from our shop through a collection window. The safety of our customers and staff if of the highest importance to us.
During our busiest times some schools may allow a collection point to be on the school premises. Schools will inform parents of these additional collection points when available.
We have extended our returns policy from 30-45 days, to help with the current situation. You are required to notify us by email if you wish to return or exchange an item.
All sales are final. The Class Collections does not trade on a ‘sale or return basis’. You may return any item bought from our standard range* within 30 days of delivery providing it in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
- Goods that have been embroidered or printed
- Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements
- Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*
Please note that, where applicable, returns placed via the website will carry a reduced handling charge equivalent to 10% of the value of the returned item (normally 20%) unless we deliver the item in error or the item is faulty. Our promise is to collect unwanted goods from your premises within 5 days of the request being made. This does not affect your statutory rights. *Our standard range is any item available on our website and does not include special colours or sizes.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have 7 days from receiving the items to check them and, if you are not happy with them, no longer require them, or if part of your order is missing or damaged, please let us know by writing to us ([email protected]) this must be within 7 working days of you receiving them. You have 30 days in total, from the day you received them, to return the items to us for a full refund which we will issue within a further 30 days of receiving the items back.
If an item develops a fault or otherwise fails, please contact us to arrange repair or a replacement.
All sales are final. The Class Collections does not trade on a ‘sale or return basis’. If the reason for you returning any item is that you are unhappy or no longer require them, they must be returned in their original packaging, unused and suitable for resale.
Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of anything that is made to order, bespoke or cut to length, they are therefore excluded from the Returns Policy. If you are unhappy with a bespoke item please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving them so that we can try to resolve the problem.
